About EXCEL Convention
Our purpose is to support parents in training and equipping this generation of young people. EXCEL provides students aged 9–18 from homeschool or Christian schools an opportunity to develop skills, practice diligence, demonstrate good sportsmanship, and build lasting friendships with fellow Christian youth.
Participants can compete in categories such as Academics, Arts, Photography, Sewing, Music, Drama, and Athletics.

On the registration form you will choose your competitions, fill out a Parent Permission section and pay the entry fee of $40.

Complete Forms
On or before March 25:
Turn in Early Entry Projects.
This includes Writing, Technology
and Photography.
Fill out Judge Forms
for each of your Performance & Display entries. Upload any sheet music, lyrics, scripts or soundtracks.
No form needed for Bible Trivia, Spelling, Chess, Checkers, Crokinole and Athletics.

Prepare Entries
Carefully study the guidelines!
Arts Displays
Turn in all display entries at registration on Thursday morning with a display card or label that is firmly attached and clearly visible.
